Executive Assistant/Office Administrator (Part Time)
Service Description:
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized and energetic individual who is looking for an opportunity to work on various administrative aspects of a nonprofit, working very closely with the Executive Director. Overall, this position will be a blending of two main areas: 1) management and supervision of all administrative responsibilities within UTEC and 2) support for Executive Director as Executive Assistant.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior administrative and Executive Assistant work experience; Ability to set priorities and work independently a must; Must have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills; Should thrive in and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment; Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment required; High level of organization; Sense of humor and ability to laugh at oneself a must; Commitment to UTEC’s mission focused on youth development; Ability to handle confidential information; experience in Getting Things Done organizational methods a plus; Must have tons of PASSION.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, 20-25 hrs/week.Application Procedure :
